Dr. Elizabeth Miller joined WUA in 2008. She completed her residency in urology at University of Washington in 2000, and her fellowship in reconstructive urology, female urology, and urodynamics in 2001 at Duke University Hospital Medical Center.

Khanh N. Pham, MD

Dr. Khanh N. Pham is a fellowship-trained urologic cancer surgeon with expertise in the treatment of patients with prostate cancer, kidney cancer, bladder cancer, ureteral cancer and testicular cancer. Dr. Pham completed his surgery internship and urology residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI.

Thomas K. Takayama, MD

Dr. Takayama is an expert in urologic cancer surgery. He routinely performs daVinci robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer and laparoscopic surgery including radiofrequency-ablation for kidney cancer. He has also won numerous awards to study prostate cancer (National Institutes of Health, Department of Defense, American Cancer Society grants).

Martin J. Wall, MD

Dr. Martin Wall graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical School in 1989 after attending the University of Notre Dame as a microbiology major. Dr. Wall completed both his surgery internship and urology residency at St. Louis University Hospital from 1989 to 1995. Dr. Wall is certified by the American Board of Urology and is licensed to practice medicine in Washington, Missouri, and California.

Kripa Kavasseri, MD

Dr. Kripa Kavasseri is a board certified urologist and was certified by the American Board of Urology. After obtaining her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, MI, she completed her five year residency in urology through Wayne State University as well. She subsequently served as an Assistant Professor in general urology at Cleveland Clinic for a period of five years before relocating to the Pacific Northwest.

She obtained her doctorate in naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University in 2004, and completed a family medicine residency at the Bastyr Center for natural health.
